We are renting a room in the NordX student house immediately **Here are the details:** * Move-in date: Immediately * Rent: 1'390 CHF per month (excl. additional costs) * Room size: Approximately 20m2 * Shared facilities: Balcony for relaxation, a common room with a pool table, and kitchens. **Furnishing:** If you want your room furnished, we can do that for you. The furnishing would cost 950 CHF once. **Pictures:** These are sample pictures.
