2 ½ rooms apartment

The burned-out multi-family house will be replaced by a new multi-family house with five well-maintained apartments and an underground garage. The existing outbuilding with garages and open carport will remain. On the ground and 1st floor, there is one 2.5 and one 3-room apartment each. On the top floor, a beautiful 4.5-room apartment is being built. The apartments will be built in solid wood construction, taking into account all current fire and sound protection values. The gable pitched roof will be covered with clay tiles and wood-metal windows will be installed. Heat generation is via geothermal energy and heat distribution via underfloor heating. The apartments have not been allocated yet, interested parties can be put on the waiting list.
