About the apartment & your room: by arrangement, I am looking for a friendly and reliable female flatmate for our shared apartment in Baar (1000 CHF per month excluding utilities). What awaits you: • Your realm: A bright room (approx. 14 m²) • Your comfort: A private bathroom with shower – no morning traffic jam in the bathroom! • Shared use: A fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, balcony with a view of the mountains, a private laundry tower (washing machine/dryer) as well as a cellar compartment for additional storage space • Parking: If required, a garage space can be rented additionally (140 CHF per month) • Top location: The apartment is located very centrally. Baar station and the Gotthard Center with numerous shopping opportunities are reachable in only approx. 5 minutes on foot About me: I am Chiara, 29 years old and work in Zug in sales and service in a café. In my free time, I like to make myself cozy: I enjoy gaming on the PC, reading a lot, or dedicating myself to sewing, which I enjoy greatly. Just as much, of course, I like to do things with my friends. For our living together, I wish for a relaxed atmosphere in which one can exchange ideas in an informal way. Interested?
