Room in a shared flat

We are 2 social workers (f, 30, and m, 36) looking for a new roommate. Our shared flat lives from mutual respect, good conversations and the one or other joint dinner in the evening. We are both employed and privately on the move a lot; we appreciate our privacy, but also the many advantages of a shared flat. We are looking for a person for whom cleanliness and order are important and who is willing to participate equally in the household, so that we all feel comfortable in the shared flat. A respectful interaction with each other and with people outside the shared flat is a basic requirement for us. We make decisions regarding the shared flat together; we are pleased if you want to participate. Room: spacious 15 m2, window facing Zypressenstrasse Location: very central location, Zypressenstrasse stop for tram 2 and 3 within 3 minutes walking distance, various shopping possibilities and cafes in the surrounding area (Albisriederplatz, Lochergut, Bullingerplatz, Idaplatz)
