Since I myself am way too broke to be able to afford the apartment myself haha You could even have the largest room in the apartment with 17.75m2 :)! We will be living together as a duo in our 3.5 room apartment. I am looking for a person who is up for an active & familial WG life! Doing something together spontaneously, chatting, watching a film? Or just hanging out and spending a senseless evening together. At the same time, mutual respect is important if someone wants their peace sometimes, as our rooms are all directly adjacent to each other!
