Room in a shared flat

I am renting out my apartment for this period. - Living room (simply sleep on the sofa bed) - Kitchen with dining table, new refrigerator and extractor hood - Bathroom - Balcony - A parking space is also available outside. You can park your car there for the whole month. The apartment is only available for this period (from 28.07.2026 to 26.06.2026), as I will be traveling for a month. Info: From Lucerne train station, it's about 15 minutes by bus 8. The bus stop is only 3 minutes away from here. By bike, it takes about 12-15 minutes. You can also store your bike in the basement or use mine. 🙂 Included: There are no additional costs for internet, parking - I will take care of them. You only need to pay the rent. 😊 It would be nice to have a clean and tidy person as a roommate. =)
