We are renting a furnished 40m2 loft in our house, in Chavannes-près-Renens, in the immediate vicinity of UNIL and EPFL.

The loft has just been renovated and has never been rented before.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, a very beautiful bathroom, and a ceiling height of 3.55m, which gives it a beautiful volume.
A functional wood stove adds a warm touch to the whole.

We wish to prioritize a long-term rental. The accommodation would be particularly suitable for a single person, for example a student, a professor, a researcher, or a professional working in the region. A couple can also be considered.

Solvent file only with usual documents (3 payslips, extract from the debt enforcement office)
