Your room: 15 m2 gross, unfurnished, incl. beautiful visible beams on ceiling and wall (unfortunately not visible in photo), located on the upper floor of a maisonette apartment, room window facing west (incl. romantic evening sun) towards the Oberen Graben. The charismatic old building apartment with visible wooden beams is located on the 3rd floor and features 2 bathrooms, own washing machine/tumbler and dishwasher, a large/bright living room incl. fireplace and a huge sunny terrace (27m2) for cozy evening hours. The apartment also has a very large private attic, but does not have a cellar compartment. Nearby: Beck/Cafe/Restaurant 10 m, Migros/Kiosk/Bus stop/Pharmacy/Underground container 50 m, Post office 100 m, Bahnhof Winti 600 m We are looking for: A cheerful/active/life-loving German-speaking person, approx. 25 - 35 years old. Cleanliness, athleticism, humor and passionate cooking skills are a big plus:) We are: A clean 3-person shared flat of friends existing for over 7 years, in which 2 long-term roommates are moving out or have already moved out due to partnerships. Thus, we are anything but a Zweck-WG (flatshare for convenience), in which everyone follows their own day/night schedule and, if possible, cooks/eats/washes and does sports together, yeey:) Your future roommates: Marc (main tenant), 33 years old, vocational school teacher and bar owner, loves all conceivable sports (jogging, racket sports, winter and water sports), passionately cooks simply with potatoes, carrots, quark and cottage cheese, enjoys every ray of sunshine on the terrace as much as possible during grading work, has a green thumb and is a big fan of board games (Tichu/Jassen) and political cabaret, stand-up comedy and satirical formats! Murielle, 26 years old, pharmacist, a cozy Bernese and neo Winterthurer, who appreciates cozy living, the lovely little shops and the bike-friendliness in Winti very much. Very happy to meet for coffee, aperitifs and playing games. Occasionally tries to conjure up a fine dish, but also very much enjoys being cooked for. Additionally, she also does sports from time to time (sometimes less, sometimes more) (jogging, Pilates and recently paddle). Her favorite season is summer and she loves to spend every free minute on the sunny terrace. Are you interested?
