Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen Küche, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Balkon. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Ein Parkplatz kann über die Hausverwaltung zusätzlich dazu gemietet werden. Das Zimmer liegt im Zentrum von **Knonau**, 5min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Knonau (S5 alle halbe Stunde benötigt 9 Minuten nach Zug und 35 Minuten nach Zürich) entfernt. Buslinie 648 fährt direkt über Bahnhof Cham nach Rothkreuz alle halbe Stunde von Montag - Freitag. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Restaurant und Lebensmittel Volg 1 Min. zu Fuss. Das Zimmer kann ab 01.09.2026 gemietet werden. A separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilette is included in the rental fee. For common use are kitchen, living room, dining room and balcony. The room is for rent to non smokers only. A parking place can be rented from the real estate agent in addition. The room is located in **Knonau** center, within a 5 min. walk from Knonau train station (S5 train times every half an hour, the ride will take 8 minutes to Zug and 35 minutes to Zurich). Bus No. 648 commutes every half an hour to via Cham to Rotkreuz train station on Monday – Friday. Shopping facilities: Restaurant and Volg are located in 1 min walking distance. The room is available starting with September 1st., 2026. Please be aware that **I will only rent to weekly commuters** (your stay will be only from Monday - Friday)!
