For a temporary stay, I am renting out my lovingly furnished 3.5-room apartment in Bern-Elfenau / Egghölzli furnished. The apartment is ideal for a quiet single person or a couple who will be living in Bern temporarily for a few weeks and do not want to compromise on atmosphere, daylight, and a pleasant feeling of home.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a charming three-party house and extends over an entire floor. Thanks to windows on all sides, the apartment is exceptionally bright, open, and quiet. The combination of old building charm, herringbone parquet, spacious rooms, and tasteful furnishings creates a very pleasant living atmosphere.

The apartment is also particularly suitable for people working from home or for a professional stay in Bern: an ergonomic workspace with a height-adjustable desk, HAG Capisco chair, external monitor incl. camera, as well as fast fiber-optic internet is available.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Elfenau local recreation area with forest and Aare. At the same time, the apartment is excellently connected to public transport:

• Bus: approx. 5 minutes walking
• Bern Hauptbahnhof: approx. 11 minutes
• Shopping facilities (Migros, Coop, pharmacy, bakery etc.) in the immediate vicinity
• Parking spaces blue and white zone directly in front of the house

The surroundings are quiet, green, safe, and very pleasant for living.
