Hallo zusammen,

ab dem 2. November 2026 (oder nach Vereinbahrung) biete ich in meiner WG-Wohnung ein WG-Zimmer für einen neuen männlichen Mitbewohner an.

Ich bin Felix, 22 Jahre alt aus Deutschland und studiere Physik an der ETH Zürich. Ich freue mich, wenn du in einem ähnlichen Alter bist und idealerweise bereits WG-Erfahrung mitbringst. Besonders wichtig ist mir, dass du Wert auf Sauberkeit und auf ein gutes Miteinander legst.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 70 qm gross, verfügt über einen Balkon, einen Geschirrspüler, ein Gäste-WC und sogar einen Kamin. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer bietet mit ca. 7 qm ausreichend Platz. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.

Der Grundriss ist leider nicht ganz genau (das Zimmer ist etwas grösser als im Plan ausgewiesen). Zusätzlich zur Miete kommen noch die Stromkosten nach Verbrauch, Kosten für Internet (ca. 20 Franken pro Monat) und der Rundfunkbeitrag dazu. Als Kaution sind 3 Netto-Monatsmieten zu hinterlegen.

Praktische Extras: Im Keller stehen ein Fahrradraum sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit anderen Hausparteien zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich gibt es einen eigenen Kellerraum als Abstellmöglichkeit.

Die Lage ist super: Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand von Wallisellen und man ist schnell in der Natur. Die Tramlinie 22 und weitere Buslinien sind in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Hönggerberg und ins Zentrum (ETH Hauptgebäude, UZH) braucht man ca. 35 Minuten von Tür-zu-Tür.

From 2 November 2026 (or by arrangement), I am offering a room in my shared flat for a new male flatmate.

My name is Felix, I’m 22 years old, from Germany, and I’m studying physics at ETH Zurich. I’d be delighted if you’re around the same age and, ideally, already have some experience of living in a shared flat. It’s particularly important to me that you value cleanliness and get on well with others.

The flat is approximately 70 square metres in size and features a balcony, a dishwasher, a guest toilet and even a fireplace. Your future room, at approximately 7 square metres, offers plenty of space. The room is unfurnished.

Unfortunately, the floor plan isn’t entirely accurate (the room is slightly larger than shown on the plan). In addition to the rent, you’ll need to pay for electricity (based on usage), internet costs (around 20 francs per month) and the TV licence fee. A deposit of 3 months’ net rent is required.

Practical extras: In the basement, there’s a bicycle storage room as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use with other tenants. There’s also a private storage room in the basement.

The location is great: the flat is on the outskirts of Wallisellen and you’re close to nature. Tram line 22 and other bus routes are about a 5-minute walk away. It takes about 35 minutes door-to-door to get to Hönggerberg and the city centre (ETH main building, UZH).
