Explore famous Zürich sights such as the Fraumünster, the Helmhaus, the Grossmünster, and the Rathaus. Enjoy the diverse architecture, modern shops, and centuries-old houses. A short walk leads to the Polyterrasse with a panoramic view over the city; in clear weather, the lake and the Central Swiss Alps are visible. The train station is also easily reachable on foot. Due to the central location, there may be noise disturbance during the day and at night. Noise-sensitive guests are recommended to bring earplugs. Please note the following important information regarding additional fees. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby cot for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and taxes include tourist taxes, which vary depending on the city: in Luzern CHF 4.90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax if registered in the city); in Basel CHF 4.20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax if registered in the city, with a maximum of 30 nights charged); and in Zug CHF 1.00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax if registered in the city). For stays of 28 nights or more, a deposit of CHF 2,000.00 is required, which will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection of the accommodation. Additionally, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 is mandatory for stays of 28 nights or more; this fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
