Room in a shared flat

I am a 26-year-old student at the FHGR and am looking for a roommate between the ages of 23 and 32. WLAN and utilities are included in the rental price. You can decorate the room as you please. For shared use, there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, cellar compartment, attic, and two storage rooms/offices. You should bring an open and uncomplicated manner of interacting with others.
