Hello :)

We are looking for a new person for our 5.5-room apartment in Flamatt from 1 November. Your future room is marked in pink on the floor plan, is approx. 10.1 m², and has a built-in wardrobe outside the room.

The apartment is located very practically: In approx. 5–10 minutes you can walk to Flamatt station and from there it takes approx. 15 minutes to Bern or 20 minutes to Fribourg with the S1/S2. Everyday life is also easy – Migros, Denner and Migrolino are about 3 minutes away on foot.

The shared flat includes:

• 🌳 a large garden, which we share with our landlady
• a small arbor near the entrance, which we also use as a balcony
• an attic compartment
• a cellar compartment
• washing machine and tumble dryer directly in the apartment

What is life in the shared flat like?
You will live with Thomas (25), Minh Tri (24) and Mélodie (25). We are a rather uncomplicated and open shared flat. We also like to do things together sometimes, without it being a must.

For example, we play darts together, watch a series, host a beer pong evening or just enjoy a cozy drink together.

How actively you want to contribute to the shared flat life is completely up to you. What is most important to us is that everyone feels comfortable with each other and communicates openly.

And of course, our animal roommates must not be missing:

🐱 Hina – our house cat. His hobbies: running away, playing and meowing.

🐶 Leilani – Bolonka Zwetna (does not shed). Loves walks, the garden and cuddling.

🐶 Bonita – also Bolonka Zwetna. Her core competencies: walking, sleeping and eating.

Other pets are basically not intended, but can be considered depending on the animal and situation.

Who are we looking for?

Whether student, working or anything in between doesn't really matter to us. In terms of age, we would imagine approximately 20–30 years.

The most important thing to us is that you fit in with us and the shared flat and want a relaxed, uncomplicated life together. 😊
