Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a furnished room in a 3.5-room apartment. A deposit in the amount of two months' rent is required.
The room is bright and sunny. The neighbors have been the same for years, the residential area is quiet and surrounded by a lot of greenery. It takes about 15 minutes with public transport to ZH-HB.
A washing machine as well as a parking space are available for shared use.
The town center is reachable in just 5 minutes on foot. There are, among other things, Coop, Migros, restaurants, the post office, a hairdresser, and an outdoor swimming pool located there.
I very much enjoy living in this apartment myself – the neighbors are quiet and friendly.
