2 rooms apartment

In November I will be abroad and am therefore looking for someone who would like to enjoy my cozy 2-room apartment in Wollishofen as a sublet. The apartment is suitable for one person or a couple. It is approx. 45 m² in size, located on the top floor, flooded with light, winding and (I find) very cozy. It consists of a bedroom with a view of the Uetliberg, a living room with a view of the lake (in winter), a small bathroom with a very large shower for its size (makes up about half of the bathroom :D) and a spacious kitchen. From the kitchen, you reach the balcony, from which you also have a view of the lake in winter. The location is quiet, and yet you are at Bahnhof Enge in 15 min. by bicycle. The 7er-Tram and the 66er-Bus run practically from the front door. With the 7er you have 20 min. to the HB. The lake is approx. 8 min. away on foot. Coop and Aldi are 5 min. away on foot. If you like jogging, you have the choice between Kilchberg, Allmend and See. Internet, all utilities and EWZ are included in the price. You can do laundry in the basement (the washing machine is practically always free), payment is made with a card that you can top up. It would be great if you like plants :-).
