Hello everyone!
I am offering a room to sublet in a bright apartment with a view of the lake and the mountains, in a shared flat with only one other person (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). As my current flatmate is leaving earlier than expected, the room is available from September.
📍 Location: Pully, 800m from the lake (quiet building with only 3 apartments)
🚆 Transport: Bus line 9 nearby, Pully station 10 min walk / 5 min by bus (Lausanne station in 5 min by train)
Rent: Long term: CHF 1'350 / month
The apartment includes:
✔️ 2 Furnished bedrooms
✔️ 2 Bathrooms with private WC
✔️ Large comfortable living room
✔️ Fully equipped kitchen
✔️ Balcony with breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains
✔️ Parking space possible in front of the building
About the flatmate:
Philippe, dynamic and active, always up for an outing in the mountains, skiing, hiking or cycling!
