We are subletting our beautiful, spacious, and light-filled apartment in the Wettstein district. Thanks to its quiet yet very central location, it always feels like a holiday home
It is a four-unit building, and the neighbors are all very nice. The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need—plus, you’re just a 4-minute walk from the Rhine!

5 minutes to the Rhine
10 minutes to the city center
10 minutes to Badischer Bahnhof
4 minutes to the supermarket
1 minute to the bus, 5 minutes to the tram
By tram, you can reach Basel SBB in 15 minutes, or in about 10 minutes by bike.
The apartment (88 m²) includes three generously sized rooms:
Living room
Dining/working room with a large table (comfortably seats 6; we use it for both dinners and work)
Bedroom with access to the balcony
Kitchen with a smaller dining table (fits 3 people comfortably), gas stove, oven, large fridge, dishwasher, soda maker, coffee machine, and access to the balcony
Laundry room in the basement (shared; use when available)
