Room in a shared flat

Quiet room with a view of the edge of the forest and a large window. Approx. 7m2 in size. Availability limited from mid-February 2027 for 5-6 months. The room and the apartment are completely furnished. The Büttenhalde bus stop can be reached in 3 min on foot. From there, a bus runs every 20 min, taking 25 min to the station. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented additionally upon request.

I will be going abroad myself for half a year and will therefore sublet my room. For the room, my roommate and I are looking for a person who values a beautiful and clean apartment and appreciates a quiet, relaxed shared apartment life. My roommate is only there from Mon-Wed, the rest of the week the entire apartment can be used alone.
