Hey :) Ich suche ab Oktober 2026 eine neue Mitbewohner:in. Zur Vermietung steht ein leeres ca. 16 m² grosses Zimmer in einer voll möblierten und ausgestatteten 3.5‑Zimmer‑Wohnung im Bachletten‑Quartier. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG eines gepflegten 70er‑Jahre‑Hauses mit Aufzug. Mit rund 90 m² Wohnfläche bietet sie viel Platz für zwei Personen. Die Wohnung hat ein helles Wohnzimmer mit Südausrichtung mit schönem Balkon, ideal für entspannte Abende. Die zwei Schlafzimmern liegen auf der Nordseite. Die Küche ist relativ modern und den Abwasch erledigt der Geschirrspüler ;) Das leere Zimmer ist derzeit nur mit einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet, dieser muss jedoch nicht übernommen werden. Lage Die Wohnung bietet eine sehr gute Anbindung: Bahnhof SBB in ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Velo erreichbar Tram- und Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Coop, Migros und Lidl in ca. 5 Gehminuten Entfernung Der nahegelegene Schützenmattpark sowie der Wald in Allschwil bieten schnellen Zugang ins Grüne Zu mir Ich bin 37, arbeite und lebe seit 4.5 Jahren in Basel. Mir ist ein entspanntes und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben wichtig. Die Wohnung soll sich für beide wie ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort anfühlen. Gleichzeitig freue ich mich auf gemeinsame Gespräche, ein Glas Wein auf dem Balkon oder mal ein schönes Abendessen. Ordnung in den gemeinsamen Räumen und ein respektvoller Umgang sind mir wichtig. I'm renting out an unfurnished room of around 16 m² in a fully furnished and equipped 3.5-room apartment in the Bachletten neighborhood. The apartment is on the third floor of a well-maintained 1970s building with an elevator. With around 90 m² of living space, there's plenty of room for two people. The apartment has a bright, south-facing living room with a lovely balcony—perfect for relaxing evenings. Both bedrooms are on the quieter north side. The kitchen is relatively modern, and thankfully the dishwasher takes care of the dishes. 😉 The room itself is currently only furnished with a wardrobe, but you don't have to keep it if you don't want to. Location The apartment is very well connected: Basel SBB train station is about 7 minutes away by bike Tram and bus stops are just around the corner Supermarkets including Coop, Migros, and Lidl are within a 5-minute walk The nearby Schützenmattpark and the forest in Allschwil are great if you enjoy spending time outdoors About me I'm 37 and have been living and working in Basel for the past 4.5 years. I'm looking for a relaxed and easy-going flat-sharing arrangement where the apartment feels like a comfortable home for both of us. At the same time, I'd love to occasionally share a chat, enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony, or cook and have dinner together.
