Since I am moving into a larger apartment, I am looking for a successor tenant for my practical, fully furnished 30m2 studio in Kaiseraugst. Since my new apartment is already vacant, I am flexible regarding the handover date. You can take over the studio optionally as of 01. August, mid-August, or only as of 01. September 2026. Finishing standard: * Bathroom with shower/ WC * Small open kitchen with refrigerator * Laminate in the living and sleeping area * Fully equipped with dishes, bedding, etc. Conditions for the lease takeover: This is an out-of-term termination. The successor tenant will enter into the current contract under the existing conditions (furnished, gross rent 1020CHF). A regular income as well as a current, flawless extract from the debt enforcement register is required. The administration will subsequently check the candidate. Interested?
