About the flat: •⁠ ⁠Address: Torstrasse 22 (1 minute from Marktplatz) •⁠ ⁠10 minutes' walk from the university •⁠ ⁠Private room with private bathroom •⁠ ⁠Shared kitchen with 4 people •⁠ ⁠Weekly kitchen cleaning & garbage disposal included •⁠ ⁠Everyone has their own kitchen cabinets and uses their own pots & utensils (no shared kitchenware) About the rent: •⁠ ⁠830€ / month (all expenses included) Other details: •⁠ ⁠Available from June 20th 2026 •⁠ ⁠Furniture has to be taken over I’m happy to hear from you and answer any further questions ✨ Feel free to DM me 🙂
