Room in a shared flat

For my cozy terraced house, I am looking for a female flatmate for a 2-person shared apartment, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your room is 12 m² in size, unfurnished, and offers a beautiful view of the large garden. Thanks to the open living and dining area as well as the converted attic as additional living space, the house offers enough space to spend time together or to withdraw if needed. The equipment includes a bathroom with shower and bathtub, two separate WCs, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. A parking space is also available if required. The house is mostly furnished, but small ideas and personal accents are welcome. The rent is CHF 1125 CHF excluding utilities (water, electricity, waste, WLAN and Netflix if required). You will live as a subtenant and share the house with me (f, 35 years, 90% employed) as well as my male cat. For living together, I wish for an orderly and reliable female flatmate. I like a relaxed shared apartment atmosphere, in which shared conversations, a coffee, tea, or even a meal are possible, but not a must. The large garden invites you to relax.
