Room in a shared flat

We are renting a spacious and bright shared apartment room (approx. 40 m2) in a beautiful city villa on the Zürichberg.

The house offers plenty of space and charm and features a shared living room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a cellar, as well as several bathrooms/WCs: a WC on the ground floor, a large bathroom with shower on the 1st floor, and another bathroom with shower on the 2nd floor.

A special highlight is the large garden. Thanks to the south-facing slope, we enjoy sun all day long in good weather - perfect for eating outside, barbecuing, or simply relaxing in the summer.

The Toblerplatz tram stop is approx. 8 minutes walking distance away. Spar, Denner, and Migros are also located there, with Migros being open daily until 22:00.

Currently, we are a 3-person shared apartment, with one of our roommates moving out at the end of the month. Thus, the room is available as of 01. October. An earlier move-in would also be possible upon arrangement.

The utility costs are not included in the rent and will be billed periodically where possible. The most important utility costs include in particular electricity, heating, internet, garden work (1–2x per year), as well as our cleaning person who comes every two weeks. On average, we estimate approx. CHF 250 per month per person.

If needed, an outdoor parking space for one vehicle is also available.
