Concept & Room Layout

• Your private room: Fully furnished, individually heated, and lockable private room (18 m²) on the ground floor.
• Shared use: Penthouse apartment on the 4th floor with kitchen, bath/shower, and 180-degree lake view. WLAN is available, but does not reach the ground floor.
• Creative extra: The room currently contains some art materials (easels, brushes); it is also suitable for bodywork (Thai massage mattress) or creative exchange. These items can be removed upon request. You can design the room according to your own ideas.

Location & Surroundings

• Surroundings: Very green, quiet neighborhood in Kilchberg with the fine chocolate scent of the nearby Lindt factory.
• Proximity: 6 minutes on foot to Lake Zurich, public parks, tennis courts, and lake baths.
• Public Transport (Bendlikon): Short walk to train station, bus, and boat. Direct connections to Zürich HB (<15 Min.), airport, and to Zug.

About me & Sought Profile

• Host: Woman in her 40s, traveling internationally. Enthusiastic about yoga, a healthy, alcohol-free lifestyle, cooking, and personal growth. I am currently testing how it feels to arrange this togetherness in the form of a shared apartment (WG).
• Flatmate: Seeking an optimistic, joyful, clean, grounded, and non-smoking person who appreciates both positive energy and peace. Ideal for full-time students or professionals who use the room on the ground floor as their main retreat and share the common area in the penthouse as needed.

Conditions

• Rent: 1'000 CHF / month (flat rate incl. base rent, furniture, utilities, heating, internet, electricity). Includes a temporary discount due to potential construction noise in the neighborhood.
• Deposit: 500 CHF (refundable).
• Rental duration: Immediately for at least 1 to a maximum of 3 months (until 31.12.2026), with a potential option for extension.
• Required documents: Copy of ID/passport, private liability insurance, and proof of solvency/proof of income.
