Room in a shared flat

Hi,

I am looking for a flatmate from 01.09.202 (or flexible). The apartment is 88 m2 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 closet. The apartment is furnished. The apartment is very modern and stylish. It has a bath tub and shower, big loggia with sofa, OLED TV and fast internet.

The area offers everything you need - Coop, Migros, Lidl, Aldi, Irish pub, barbers and cosmetic studios, bakery etc. Limmat is 200 meters away where you can cycle to Zurich (10km or 35 Minutes). The river is perfect for jogging or enjoying the sun.

The S-Bahn station Dietikon is directly next to the building and it takes you 15 minutes by to Zurich HB. There is a direct train to the airport as well.

Pets and music instruments are not allowed. Liability insurance is strongly recommend, proof of investment is nice to have. The deposit is 1300 CHF.

I am Kay (32), working in sales in the energy industry. I am travelling a lot for work but I would still enjoy spending time with my future roommate and having good time together. I like sports, travelling and good books.
