I am exchanging my spacious 3-room apartment in Oberengstringen for a smaller apartment near the city center. About the apartment: If you are looking for a quiet, cozy, and bright home, you will like the apartment very much. It is located on the top floor of a residential building and features two lockable and spacious bedrooms, a bright living room, and a large balcony with evening sun. The kitchen is spacious and has a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The shared washing machine (with an uncomplicated washing schedule), tumble dryer, and a drying room are located in the basement. In addition, there is a lockable bicycle room, as well as two cellars belonging to the apartment. Location: The apartment is located directly at the Limmatufer local recreation area (2 minutes to the river). In a few minutes' walking distance, you can also reach the Werdinsel.
