For Romanshorn station, SBB Immobilien is looking for a modern gastronomy operation as of August 2027 on a total rental area of approx. 293.6 m2 in the south wing of the freshly renovated station building, including a large terrace with a view of the harbor basin and Lake Constance.

With an average of around 12,000 train passengers per day, Romanshorn station offers a unique customer frequency in the region and brings together different customer groups daily, such as residents, employees, students, and tourists.

The rental model provides for a percentage share of the rent-liable turnover in combination with a fixed defined minimum rent in CHF per year.

Calculation example: Expected turnover CHF 600,000, 10% turnover rent = CHF 60,000 turnover rent and 80% of that as minimum rent = 48,000 CHF. The minimum rent only applies if it exceeds the annual turnover rent.
