We are looking for new tenants for our charming old building apartment in the attic in the popular Kleinbasel Matthäus district. Rent: CHF 1770,- incl. utilities.

The apartment, which is approximately 100 m², is located on the 4th floor of an old building. Without an elevator, but with plenty of character, light, and views. On the lower floor, there are 3.5 rooms with beautiful parquet floors. Additionally, there is a special room directly under the roof gable, which is ideal as a study, guest, or retreat room and is equipped with a cozy tiled stove. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2023.

The apartment offers plenty of storage space in three reduits (two in the apartment, one on the mezzanine floor in front of the apartment door) and additionally a private cellar compartment. In the cellar, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a room with drying racks are also available for all tenants in the house (a total of 5 apartments).

At the front, you look directly at the Matthäuskirche and on Saturdays at the lively activity of the neighborhood market at Matthäusplatz. At the rear, the view opens onto the green gardens of the neighborhood. The house also includes a garden that is shared by the residents of the house.
