We, the owners, are a general contracting company with an architectural office, and we renovated the house ourselves. We live in 2 apartments and would like to carefully choose the new residents so that a great house community is created. Families who are already rooted in the surrounding area will be preferred. Children are very welcome. There is a strict smoking ban in the house, as well as on the balconies and in the garden; accordingly, please only apply if you are a non-smoker and support this.
