Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone

In our beautiful 4-person shared flat in Weissenbühl, a room will become available from October as Paula is moving out. Currently, we are three guys and one girl, all between 26 and 32, and are looking for someone new who fits in well with us.

Our shared flat is well located, with good public transport connections and shopping facilities nearby (Denner in the same building). We have two balconies, a large living room with many cozy seating options, and even access to the roof terrace – ideal for sitting together, enjoying the sun, or simply letting the day wind down.

We often eat together in the evenings, spend the evening together with a beer and good conversations on the balcony, or play something together – but all very informal. It is important to us that this pleasant and familial shared flat atmosphere is preserved.

We study and/or work and are all between 25 and 32. It would be nice if you were also around that age, between 25 and 35.
