Room in a shared flat

I am renting a room in my apartment with a separate bathroom for you.

About me:

My name is Fatih, but my friends always call me Fay.

I am a full-time employed Product Designer, my passions are technology and design, I am 44 years old, go to the gym almost every day and love cooking passionately. I am not a party person, but occasionally enjoy being out and about on the weekend.

Cleanliness in the bathroom as well as in the apartment is very important to me.

About the room:

The room is approx. 20 qm in size, is rented with all the furniture seen in the pictures and with the bed. A mirror wardrobe as well as two chests of drawers and a lounge chair are available for your use.

The apartment features a kitchen, coffee machine (Mokka) as well as microwave, dishwasher for shared use. The WHG has a very large balcony with a view of the greenery, as well as a laundry tower with a washing machine and dryer.
The shower is separate as well as the bathroom. You can choose one of the two which only you will use, so you would also have a separate bathroom.

Looking for a person who:

• Is a student with proof of income
• Is employed / creative preferred
• Speaks German, Turkish or English
• Is quiet, clean and considerate.

A quiet coexistence is particularly important. Visitors are basically possible, as long as consideration is given to the peace in the household.
