Office

In Besazio, a few minutes by car from Mendrisio, we offer for rent a commercial space of approx. 100 sqm on the ground floor with shop windows. The space can be easily used as an office or showroom and is located in a quiet condominium context of only five units, renovated in 2019.

The office consists of an airy open-space room with shop windows, currently divided into two workstations and a break area, and a second separate office, excellent as a meeting room, with a bathroom. Thanks to the excellent thermal/acoustic insulation and the presence of a photovoltaic system, the office allows for low management costs and a good level of working comfort.

The area guarantees a certain visibility from the road and is easily accessible and served. The bus stop in both directions is reachable in a few moments and nearby there is a supermarket, a pharmacy and the post office counter.

The monthly rent is CHF 1'400.- plus 100.- monthly service charge advance. Parking space to be added to the rent, CHF 50.- per month.
The minimum duration of the contract is three years, with payment of three monthly installments.
