We are renting a charming 3.5 room apartment on the 1st floor in an attractive location in the popular Neubad/Gotthelf-Quartier near Schützenmattpark.

The rooms feature parquet flooring. In the corridor, living room, and both bathrooms, tiled flooring is laid.

The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, granite countertop, refrigerator with separate freezer drawers, as well as sufficient storage space for all your kitchen utensils.

The bathroom features a bathtub, washbasin, and a mirror cabinet. The separate small bathroom is equipped with a WC and washbasin.
