We are renting retail and office space on the ground floor and 1st floor at Brüggstrasse 2 in Biel. The rental area is suitable as retail, practice, or office space. Internally, these are connected by their own lift. The retail space is located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor are office and practice rooms as well as a break room with a kitchenette. The office rooms were repainted in 2020 and a new floor was laid. Cloakrooms and storage rooms are set up in the basement. In principle, the retail space is rented in shell condition, and occupancy can take place after consultation with the current tenant, Medbase. Possible takeover of inventory and fit-out can be requested if necessary. The rent for the entire unit across three floors, including outdoor parking spaces on the north side of the property, is CHF 6'000.-- net per month + heating/service charges CHF 900.--.
