I am looking for a successor to my lease agreement starting from February 2027 for a bright 4.5 room apartment in Contra at 1850 fr, all included.

The residence, with an independent entrance, is recent, in excellent condition and arranged over three levels, in addition to the lower floor dedicated to the laundry room. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, immersed in greenery and with an impressive view of the surrounding nature and Lake Maggiore. Also ideal for families, with a playground less than 100 m away. Two parking spaces included in the rent complete the residence.

Layout of the spaces:

• Ground floor: kitchen and living room in an open-plan area, with access to the terrace and the small private garden.
• First floor: master bedroom and large bathroom with bathtub and built-in wardrobe.
• Second floor: two further rooms and a second bathroom with shower.
• Floor -1: spacious stairwell and large private laundry room, with space to comfortably hang and dry laundry and Secomat available.
