1 rooms apartment

Lease to be taken over on 1st November 1016, 130 m² duplex loft in Arnex-sur-Orbe, converted in a former press house, fully renovated and modernized.

The accommodation retains much charm and character with its exposed beams and ancient elements, while offering the comfort and modernity of a fully renovated apartment. A rather rare blend between the charm of the old and the comfort sought today.

On the ground floor:

• a large living room;
• a large fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage;
• a beautiful bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin and laundry column.

On the upper floor: a very large open space, currently organized into several zones thanks to the beams. It can be arranged according to needs: bedroom, office, dressing room, relaxation area, etc.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor, courtyard side, in a quiet environment. It is independent and there are no neighbors above.

An outdoor space with a table and 4 chairs is made available by the owners.
