In a beautiful and quiet location, a room in a 4-person shared apartment will become available from 1.11.2026 or by arrangement. Your room is located on the upper floor of the apartment and is effectively approx. 13 qm in size due to the sloped ceilings. Additionally, your private bathroom (with bathtub and without toilet) can also be used as storage space. In front of your room, in the living room, and in the (bicycle) cellar, you also have enough space for your things. Your future roommates are between late 20s and early 30s, like relaxed togetherness, and look forward to informal exchange in the living room or while cooking. If you are active, Arni likes to swim with you from Stansstad to the Eawag swimming area, which is reachable in a few minutes on foot from the house. Otherwise, Caro likes to have breakfast in the garden and Anita will surely take you to Uri for hiking sometime! Or you enjoy the full moon over the Bürgenstock on the couch. The sauna in the garden and the fireplace in the living room are already waiting for you and the colder days of the year... All in all, it is a very quiet and well-maintained place, with a free parking space for your car or your visitors. Move-in would be possible from 1.11.2026 or by arrangement.
