Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone, I am renting out my room in a 3-person shared flat in Bedastrasse in St. Gallen (2nd floor) temporarily from 01.08.2026 to 31.01.2027. **Rent:** CHF 420 all-inclusive (electricity, water, heating, and internet). As a rental deposit, I would require a security deposit in the amount of one month's rent (CHF 420). **Equipment:** The room can be rented fully furnished (bed, large wardrobe, desk, office chair, and two additional wardrobes). The shared flat also includes a fully equipped kitchen for shared use. Washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor of the house and can be used free of charge. **Location:** The shared flat is located in a top location in the St. Fiden district. The Silberturm shopping center with Migros, Denner, and Lidl can be reached on foot in 6 minutes. The bus stop with connections to the train station and university is only 4 minutes away on foot. The train station can be reached in a total of approximately 12 minutes, and the HSG in approximately 20 minutes. The HSG is also easily accessible on foot in about 25 minutes. The immediate surroundings of the shared flat are also very quiet, making it ideal for studying. **Rental period:** As mentioned above, the room is initially rented for the upcoming fall semester (01.08.2026 - 31.01.2027). However, it may also be possible to stay in the shared flat longer - this will be decided in the coming months.
