1 room single room

I am going to travel for several months and therefore wish to make my house available during my absence, from late December 2026 to early May 2027 (possibility of arriving earlier under certain conditions or staying longer upon my return!).
The house has 3 bedrooms for adults as well as one child's bedroom, which allows for different configurations:

• separating parents, with the possibility of occupying an adult bedroom and the child's bedroom separately (price to be discussed);
• single person wishing to rent a room for a few months;
• student or young professional;
• person coming temporarily to the region for work or studies;
• person coming from France or abroad and needing temporary accommodation, particularly as part of professional procedures (permit B);

The idea is to create a pleasant, calm, and respectful temporary shared accommodation, in a house where everyone can feel good. I am primarily looking for reliable and respectful people.
As this is my personal house and I will be entrusting it for several months, I will be particularly attentive to the profile of the people. I therefore ideally wish for candidates to be able to present their Airbnb profile to me, with positive reviews, or other references from previous rentals.
I am looking for people who are clean, careful, respectful of the neighborhood and common areas, and who understand that this is an inhabited house and not a holiday home intended for partying.
The rental is planned for a period of several months, from December to early May, with the possibility of discussing the exact duration according to needs.
If you are interested, do not hesitate to write to me by briefly presenting your situation, the desired duration, and the people who would occupy the accommodation.

If you attach Airbnb screenshots of positive reviews in your name to your request, you will be prioritized.

The price includes everything (including wifi, electricity, water, heating). Possibility to park without any problem.

Thank you very much for your interest. I can only post 5 photos but all the rooms are beautiful and furnished.
