3 rooms apartment

I am looking for a subtenant for the period **01.09.2026 (or by arrangement) - 31.08.2027** who will enjoy the beautiful apartment and its location just as much as I do. :) The apartment will be sublet either **partially furnished or completely empty**. **Please note:** * **_If the apartment is rented partially furnished, a furniture surcharge of CHF 150/month applies (partially furnished means: without USM furniture)._** * All **additional costs** are already **included in the service charges** (service charges, Serafe, internet and TV subscription, etc.). * Living room: The sofa is **no longer** in the living room (reason: it was defective and was returned). * **Photos** of the kitchen, the bathroom and the balconies: I had forgotten to take photos of these areas; the areas are equipped differently than is visible in the photos [the photos are from my previous tenant]. * A **security deposit** in the amount of **3 gross monthly rents** must be deposited in a blocked account at a bank (must also take place before signing the contract). * **Before signing the contract**, **private liability insurance** must be taken out, which covers any damage caused by the subtenant. * **No pets** are allowed. **Surroundings** * You can reach Bern station in approx. 10 min by bus (No. 20, runs to Länggasse / the nearest bus stop is approx. 150m from the apartment) or by bicycle in approx. 7 min * Coop: approx. 650m away * Denner Discount: approx. 400m away * Gelateria di Berna: approx. 500m away * Lorraine Bad: approx. 1km away * Migros: approx. 650m away * Mobility Carsharing: approx. 200m away * Müller: approx. 400m away * Post: approx. 500m away Viewings are of course possible.
