Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone

I am looking for a new roommate!
It is a 2-person shared apartment (WG).
My roommate is moving out as of 1.11.26, but the notice period is 3 months, so the rental start would be between 1.11.26 and 1.1.27.
The earlier the better, but it has to fit, so I'd rather have good roommates than stress regarding the move-in! :-)

I am looking for:
Gender: regardless
Age: 24 - 38

About the apartment:
2-person WG.
3 1/2 rooms, large balcony. Washing machine, tumble dryer shared. Cellar compartment and dishwasher available. Elevator, bathtub and garage.
Plus a small additional room/reduct (craft room so far).

Your room is approx. 10m2, you will accordingly pay slightly less rent than I do (the price as stated here).

My roommate will take almost all furniture with him. I have a few shelves and kitchen utensils. So you are welcome to bring inventory and otherwise we can buy something together. Coordination is important to me here.

@Requirements of the administration:
You will be the main tenant together with me.
You must have a minimum gross income of approx. 3000Fr. per month including the last 3 payslips.
You must have no debt enforcement proceedings (Betreibungen).

My name is Sheila, I am 28 years old and love sport, nature and animals and am a very social person.

I will have a cat (my last roommate was allergic). I would therefore be happy if the cat is allowed into your room, as otherwise life as an apartment cat would be a bit small. She will come from animal protection.

I like doing things like games, sport, friends, adventure (also gerne together). But when I am at home, I like to have my peace to recharge my batteries.

So far we have made everything independent: cooking, shopping, eating, separate refrigerator etc.
Does not mean that you can't do it together sometimes, but this distinction is important to me :-).

Cleanliness: I see it rather loosely, but with moderation. Leaving something standing for a day, totally okay. Leaving it for a week, no thanks (:

Generally, I am a fan of flexibility. So someone who has rigid ideas about living with a cleaning plan and washing plan will find it difficult here. Everyone does something, perhaps agree monthly or something.
Consideration is the alpha and omega.
I am a quiet roommate. I will not wake you up in the evening or morning and I expect the same from my counterpart :).
