A room of 5 m² is becoming available in a magnificent 4.5 room (226 m²) apartment, located on the 7th floor. The apartment benefits from an ideal location: very central, a stone's throw from the station and with shops located directly in the same building to facilitate your daily life.

👥 The shared flat: The apartment is shared with 2 other roommates (you will be the 3rd person).

📐 The apartment and common areas
The apartment is very spacious and offers superb amenities:

• Your future bedroom: A nice private space of 5 m².
• The bathroom: To be shared with only one other roommate.
• Daily comfort: A washing machine and a tumble dryer are available directly in the apartment.
• The outdoors:Large balconies on both sides of the apartment, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
• The bonuses: A private cellar is also included for storage.
• The kitchen & common areas: The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes and utensils included) and the living/dining room is fully furnished.

📑 Allocation criteria (Agency requirements)
The agency is strict regarding the addition to the lease agreement. For your application to be accepted, you must meet one of the two following conditions:

• Option 1: Residing in Switzerland and justifying a monthly net salary equivalent to at least 3 times the amount of the rent.
• Option 2: Having a guarantor (co-debtor) residing in Switzerland, whose monthly net salary covers at least 3 times the combined amount of their own rent and that of our apartment.
