We are looking for a reliable, responsible person as a long-term female or male tenant for a beautiful ground floor apartment in the quiet village of Schmitten. The apartment offers a dreamlike view of the mountains, lots of privacy, and no direct neighbors.
The apartment (2B) is intentionally offered below the market rental price, as finding a suitable, long-term tenant is particularly important to us. Ideally, we are looking for a mature, working person who is somewhat handy, feels comfortable with simple preventive maintenance work and occasional minor repairs, and enjoys gardening, mowing the lawn, and maintaining the property.
The utility costs are borne by the tenant. Non-smoking apartment, also no vaping. Pets are preferably not desired.
