Room in a shared flat

I am looking for an uncomplicated and reliable roommate for my colleague (32 years old), with whom I currently live in a shared apartment. You can expect your own bedroom, as well as your own bathroom with WC and a bathtub/shower. The entire apartment can, of course, be used. Also included in the apartment are: Own laundry tower with washing machine and tumble dryer Fully equipped kitchen Pleasant and relaxed living atmosphere The gross rent is CHF 1154. Since Wi-Fi is already available, an additional CHF 20.- for the use of the Wi-Fi will be added. The parking space or garage space must be rented additionally. We are looking for an open, tidy, well-kept and considerate person who appreciates harmonious living together.
