It is quietly located on the 1st floor at Minervastrasse 116, 8032 Zürich. Good public transport connections directly in front of the door with the tram station “Signaustrasse” (Tram 4, Bus 31). - 1 minute to Zürich Kreuzplatz - 3 minutes to Zürich Stadelhofen - 10 minutes to Zürich HB & Bahnhof Tiefenbrunnen Rent: CHF 1’950 per month incl.
