We are renting a room of approximately 15m2 with private bathroom, access to the kitchen, a parking space and a shelter for the winter, as well as access to the garden. The place is quiet and peaceful.

The room is furnished with a new 120/200 bed, including bed linen and towels. A cleaner comes to clean 1 time per month; the rest of the maintenance of the room-kitchen-bathroom is done by the tenant.

We are looking for a single person who owns a car, is calm and organized, and a non-smoker.

In the rent, all costs are included. A security deposit equivalent to the rent will be requested from you and will be returned at the end of the stay.

Les Paccots are easily accessible in summer as in winter, 15 minutes from Vevey-Montreux, 1/2 hour from Lausanne and 1 hour from Genève. The highway is 5-10 minutes away.

The place is quiet and without noise, and offers many possibilities for walks in the surroundings.
