4 rooms apartment

Due to an unscheduled move, we are looking for a successor tenant for our apartment as of 30.10.26 with approx. 3x the monthly rental income and no debt enforcement proceedings.

The apartment can be viewed and must be taken over under the current conditions. A cleaning company will clean the apartment before takeover. If applicable, pieces of furniture can also be taken over.

The garage box (180.-/M) is located under the house without direct access. Parking in front of it is not permitted. A cellar compartment (approx. 15 sqm) is also available. There is a lift, bicycle room, shared laundry room (laundry card for use) and lovely neighbors.

Making music is allowed Mon-Sat between 14:00-20:00 for a maximum of 2h at a time. In the event of noise complaints, the landlord reserves the right to immediate termination.
