Well-maintained, bright room - ideal for professionals, students, or weekly commuters. Fully furnished with a bed (incl. bedding), large wardrobe, desk with chair, shelf, nightstand, lamps, and LCD-TV. Free WLAN is also included.

Cleaning of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, hallway) takes place regularly and is included in the rental price. All utilities such as electricity, water, and heating are also included.

The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with quiet and friendly roommates. The living atmosphere is well-maintained, with clear rules for peace and cleanliness - not a classic WG. People say hello to each other, but everyone lives their own life.

No extract from the debt enforcement register (Betreibungsauszug) and no employer certificate are required, as the person is at the center of our focus. We only want serious and decent tenants. Move-in is possible as early as today or by arrangement, depending on availability. The minimum rental period is 1 month. Notice period is optionally 14 or 30 days. The deposit is 1 month's rent (no installment payments possible).
