Since it is my private apartment, I wish for a reliable and careful person who will treat the apartment with the same care during my absence as I do myself. A particular concern of mine is my cat. Ideally, she would stay in the apartment during the rental period and be cared for by the tenant. For people who are willing to lovingly care for the cat, I grant a **rent reduction of CHF 200.– per month**. **I will continue to bear the costs for the cat myself**, in particular food and any veterinary costs. What matters most to me is that she can stay in her familiar environment during my absence and be well cared for. The apartment is officially available from **1.
